Beginning July 1, Anthem will publish the MRFs for the plans they administer and maintain. Self-funded plans are required to make the MRFs publicly accessible. These files will be published on anthem.com and will be updated on the first day of each month. The link (https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search) will be activated on July 1, 2022.
