General Information

• Evidence of high school graduation or GED.
   

• Completed the enrollment forms.
   

• Completed the financial aid application, if applicable, and arranged for payment of tuition.
   

• Completed all pretests as required for program.
   

• Note: high school students wishing to enroll in the adult education class must have written permission from their high school principal and parents.
   

• ALL Health programs require Work Key Testing, FBI/BCI Background Check and Alcohol/Drug Screening 

      - personal interview

      - health examination, immunizations, liability insurance

      - prerequisite class (includes pre-entrance exam with the passing score in all categories).  Testing begins in February for fall programs.
