Buckeye Hills Career students were awarded 14 gold, silver, or bronze medals.             The SkillsUSA contests allow career-technical students to match academic, technical, and hands-on occupational skills with other students from across the state and nation. Students awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals will advance to the SkillsUSA state championships to be held in Columbus on April 25th and 26th. State winners will then advance to the national competition.             The following students received gold, silver, and bronze medals: Job Skills Demo A: Heidi Kerns - gold medal; Nurse Assisting: Lacey Dobbins - gold medal; Nail Care: Brittany Gilbert - silver medal; Precision Machining: Joe Ward - silver medal; First Aid/CPR: Leah Sayre - silver medal; Automotive Refinishing: Brandon Johnson - bronze medal; Basic Health Care: Emily Hunt - bronze medal; Carpentry: Josh Kelly - bronze medal; Job Interview: Seth Lucas - bronze medal; Job Skill Demo Open: Brittany Taylor - bronze medal; Medical Math: Brandy Gregg - bronze medal; Prepared Speech: Angela Farley - bronze medal; Technical Drafting: Evan Davis - bronze medal; Opening and Closing: Ashley Dailey, Natasha Simpson, Beth Sprouse, Christa Rouch, Ashley Marcum, Sean Maynard, Hannah Leach, Sam Bradshaw - bronze medals.
