Buckeye Hills Career Center has a certified Work keys Profiler through ACT (American College Testing) that can provide job-profiling services for business and industry.  The profiler works with subject matter experts (SME's) of your company to identify the skills and skill levels employees must have to perform particular jobs effectively.

Once the profiling is complete, employers can:

• Evaluate job applicants using Work Keys assessments

• Evaluate the skills of current employers

• Determine individual and organizational skills required for jobs

• Provide training to meet the required skills

• Develop customized training programs
